Grace Vista has been a professional, full time realtor since 2004, specializing in waterfront and luxury properties. She earned her Broker's license in January 2014 and opened an independent new agency, Vista Florida Realty. Grace created Vista Florida to provide clients unparalleled service beyond what you may expect from typical real estate companies. In 2020, Vista Florida Realty merged with the #1 Luxury real estate brand in Brevard and Indian River counties, Dale Sorensen Real Estate. Today, Grace continues to serve her clients throughout Florida, and will provide you with exceptional real estate service. Grace specializes in listing, marketing, staging and selling luxury properties.

Prior to opening Vista Florida Realty, Grace was a top agent with RE/MAX in Florida, and formerly with RE/MAX and Prudential in Maryland. Beyond her real estate acumen, Grace earned her MBA in Marketing Management in 2001. Her expertise also includes strategic marketing, budgeting, advertising, and also home staging.

Grace is originally from Annapolis, Maryland and moved to Florida to be closer to her Mom. Her family includes her husband, and her pet family. Grace also enjoys great food, art, and helping local charitable causes. She was on the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Cancer Foundation and donates to and supports many charities dear to her heart.
